All products shall remain the property of Hydration Hub until paid in full. Goods supplied are subject to Hydration Hubs Terms of Trade (a copy may be obtained by contacting info@hydrationhub.com.au).
Damaged product
At Hydration Hub, we pride ourselves on providing high quality customer service and premium products. Occasionally, products may be damaged in manufacturing, handling or in transit. In the event that products are damaged upon delivery, you must notify us of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of damaged products will be accepted without prior authorisation. To notify us of damaged products, please contact us via accounts@hydrationhub.com.au .
Missing or incorrect product
Occasionally, products may be short-delivered or the incorrect product delivered. In the event of products missing or incorrect supply of stock, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of incorrect or short supply will be accepted without prior authorisation. To notify us of short or incorrect supply of stock, please contact us via accounts@hydrationhub.com.au .
Out of code product
Occasionally, products may be out of date or short-dated on delivery. In the event of out of date or short-dated supply of stock, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of out of date or short-dated supply of stock will be accepted without prior authorisation. Change of mind
Returns or refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. No returns or refunds for excess shipping and handling costs will be accepted, as shipping and handling for each order is displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and on your order confirmation as well as included in the total price of your order.
